A graduate from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in business and marketing, Staci comes to The Culinary Edge after years of working in restaurant hospitality at numerous San Francisco restaurants including Cotogna, SPQR and Mission Bowling Club.
At The Culinary Edge, Staci oversees our hospitality program, always keeping our team, our clients and our space well taken care of, while also managing the company’s day to day operations and finances.
What would you have for your last meal?
Eggplant Parmagiana – cheese, eggplant and delicious sauce – it combines everything I love into the ultimate meal!
Tell us about your favorite childhood food memory.
When I was a kid, I used to visit my Nonna, in New York. I remember we would spend an afternoon every time I went making zeppoles in her basement. I remember having to wait for the dough to rise before we could bake them and then do my favorite part–sprinkling them with powdered sugar.
What is in the top drawer of your desk right now?
Chocolate, Altoids and a calculator.
