Sharon has a B.S. in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco.She has over 12 years of experience in business administration management, with a focus in employee engagement.
Prior to working at The Culinary Edge, Sharon coordinated West Coast operations and community special events for the Michelin-starred Asian-cuisine restaurant, Hakkasan in SF and LA.
Sharon leads office management, human resources, finance and operations. She ensures that day-to-day office activities run smoothly and efficiently, and is responsible for championing and promoting our unique, fun, and collaborative office culture.
What would you have for your last meal?
Spaghetti and Meatballs, with a pile of garlic bread.
Tell us about your favorite childhood food memory?
Helping roll flour tortillas in my grandpas restaurant. Our family still prides ourselves on making meals from scratch.
What is your favorite thing about working at The Culinary Edge?
Being challenged in the best way possible. Being able to work with such witty and creative people equals a winning combo for me.
What is your favorite place to visit?
NYC hands down. I can never get enough of the energy and creativity.
Tell us about where you go in the San Francisco (or the surrounding Bay Area) to escape?
Taking a ferry to Sausalito. It’s my mini escape.
