A graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in communications, Rachel’s industry experience includes food journalism, recipe writing, kitchen management, and event planning for Saveur magazine, Hillstone Restaurant Group, and Lucid Food in New York.
Rachel is responsible for staying on top of marketplace innovations and creating strategic solutions for client projects.
What’s your favorite thing about working at TCE?
I laugh out loud on a daily basis. And when I laugh so hard that my eyes start to tear up, no one makes fun of me.
And life outside of TCE–what are your “extra-curriculars?”
I’m currently learning to skateboard so I spend a lot of time these days riding and falling.
Best city to food tour?
LA for health. New York for anything else. You can walk a few blocks in any neighborhood in New York and be guaranteed to find at least a handful of innovative concepts.

Cheddar Goldfish crackers.
