THE CHALLENGE

First Watch, a popular made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept, originally approached TCE in 2010. First Watch sought to enhance its culinary credibility, improve the quality of its offering, and capture the attention of younger guests across their 135 restaurants in 17 states.

THE SOLUTION

TCE supported First Watch with a full menu overhaul, creating and launching 25 new fully commercialized recipes, in addition to optimizing numerous existing dishes.

THE BUZZ

The success of the initial launch has led to a 7+ year relationship with First Watch. Projects have included continued menu revitalization, new menu development, LTO development and the implementation of a menu innovation pipeline. Since launch, First Watch has seen LTO sales rise from 2.5% to 10% and has won numerous innovation awards.

First Watch has grown to 195 restaurants across 26 states, acquiring three additional brands along the way.
