The internship program at The Culinary Edge offers creative and curious individuals the opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of entrepreneurial professionals in one of the country’s leading restaurant consulting firms. In addition to gaining an insider’s view of concept and menu development for restaurants and food companies, our interns acquire on-the-job experience, developing skills in the areas of project management, consumer research, marketing, branding, client relations, operations, HR, accounting, concept development, and technical menu development.
To allow interns maximum exposure, adequate time to absorb our business and processes, and the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way, all internships are six months in length and require a 30-40 hour/week commitment.
