Education & Training:

Prior to his life in food, Jeff graduated from the University of California, Berkley, with degrees in Anthropology and Business.  Following graduation, Jeff went on to be an analyst at an economic litigation consulting firm.

Professional Highlights:

With his true passion residing in food, Jeff began to pursue a career in restaurants.  This led to a range of culinary experiences, including cooking positions at prestigious restaurants such as Spago Beverly Hills, Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, and small luxury hotels in Ireland and Mississippi.
