Hasna’s unique international business experience coupled with her classic culinary training make her an expert in achieving operational excellence on all The Culinary Edge projects.

Education & Training:

Hasna began her education in the business world, with her undergraduate studies focused in economics at the Lycee Lyautey in Morocco and Lycee Charles de Gaulle in France. Later, Hasna went on to get Master’s Degrees in Finance and Marketing from the Grenoble School of Management in France.

After moving to the United States, Hasna chose to follow her passion, rounding out her training with a culinary degree from Tante Marie’s Cooking School in San Francisco.

Professional Highlights:

Hasna began her career in the business arena as a credit analyst and loan officer for several banks in France.

Once in the US, Hasna shifted her career toward the culinary world, cooking for Slow Food Nation and San Francisco’s Adagia restaurant.

Now, at The Culinary Edge, Hasna brings a unique balance of efficiency, detailed focus and creative culinary imagination to all of her projects.
