Billy’s expertise as a professional chef coupled with his strong background in large-scale culinary operations, brings a unique perspective to the culinary R&D team at The Culinary Edge.

Education & Training:

Billy earned his culinary degree from the California Culinary Academy of San Francisco with a certificate in French cooking development.

Professional Highlights:

Following graduation from culinary school, Billy has built up quite a resume of culinary experience.  Billy immediately began his career as a sous chef, working for several San Francisco Bay Area restaurants, including 231 Ellsworth in San Mateo, A’tavola in San Carlos and the Palo Alto Hills Golf and Country Club. He later went on to work for Bon Appétit Management Company, working as the executive chef at companies including eBay and the University of San Francisco.  Still with Bon Appétit, Billy would later become the director of operations for all of Google foodservice.
