Heidi brings a mix of operational experience and an international perspective to The Culinary Edge.

Education & Training:

After earning her BA from UC Santa Barbara in Japanese and Communications, Heidi moved to Tokyo where she lived and worked for over 7 years.

Professional Highlights:

While in Japan, Heidi held various positions, including teacher and international relations coordinator for the city of Kamagaya.  Heidi also served as the VIP guest coordinator for the Park Hyatt, Japan’s premier luxury hotel.

Upon her return to the US, Heidi joined the management staff of San Francisco’s top Japanese restaurant, Ozumo, where she was the Director of Special Events.

Today, Heidi plays a key operational role at The Culinary Edge.  On a daily basis, Heidi is able to leverage her wide array of skills including office management and serving as HR manager to our growing team.
